THE BIG SCREEN
A SHOW, NOT A SLIDESHOW
The projector gets a branded broadcast: the game name, the artist and title (held back for a few seconds if you like, so the room names it first), your logo, an animated win pattern and a running list of songs played. It finds your second screen and opens full-size on it, so there's nothing to drag in front of the room.

Guests scan a QR code and play in their phone's browser. No download, no account. They pick how many cards, you let them in, they mark thier cards as songs play, and a gold frame appears on the square they need next. Somebody picked one card and meant two? Open Manage, add the card, and their phone updates on the spot. A player with two cards swipes between them, and Call Bingo names the card that's won, so the card in the call is the one you check.

VERIFICATION
NO FALSE BINGOS. EVER.
On a phone, Call Bingo stays greyed out until the card has actually won, so the room never stops for a mistake. For paper, type the card number and Phenom checks it against every song played, then puts the card on the big screen with the winning line lit. The host's check, the phones and the projector all use the same rule for every pattern, so they can't disagree.
And Close to bingo shows you which cards could have bingo before anyone shouts, so an early call is known to be false before you check it.

Run playback from your phone with a PIN-protected remote. Separate Join Requests and Bingo Calls windows keep a big crowd in order. And if something's not right twenty minutes before doors, ask Help from your phone.
Auto-accept lets players in until the first song, or a song you choose, so you can greet the room instead.

Every game is logged with its venue, date, playlist and paper and phone player counts. Filter to one venue and export it, and you walk into the manager's office with "47 players a week here, up from 30 in March" instead of "it felt busy". Running more than one laptop? They keep one set of players between them.

8.3 made the night look like yours. 8.4 makes it easier to run. Nothing to set up: auto accept is off until you turn it on, and Close to bingo appears by itself once a game is running.
The door runs itself
Players who join before the first song are let straight in, or until a song number you choose so latecomers get in too. Anyone you removed or denied, a second join from one phone and the last fifth of the cards still wait for you.
See the bingo coming
A panel under the media controls shows which cards have bingo and which are one song away: phone players by name with the song each needs, plus paper cards players claimed. Only you see it, and every win is still checked.
Over a hundred themes, one click
The Card Themes Library is inside the app: themes in categories, with search, each shown as a printed card beside its phone. Install one, add your logo, and it's yours.
Phones that stay with the game
Every phone game runs through the Phenom game relay, with nothing extra on the laptop. Screens stay awake through the game, iPhones included, and a dropped connection is back within seconds.
THE PLAYER PASS
THE NIGHT DOESN'T END WHEN THE MUSIC STOPS.
Until now, every week started from zero. Turn on Player Passes and a player claims a Pass with their email. Their games, cards and wins then follow them from night to night and venue to venue, on a page they keep. Nobody has to. Guests play exactly as before, and the whole feature is off until you switch it on.

More than a hundred free themes, ready to go. Install one with a single click from inside Phenom Bingo, or browse the library on our website first. Use it as it is on your printed cards and players' phones, or change the fonts, colours, backgrounds and free space until it fits your venue.

Every theme works with 4×4, 5×5 and 5×5 with a free space. Library themes don't include a logo, so yours goes on. Browsing and installing need an internet connection; printing with an installed theme doesn't. Requires Phenom Bingo 8.4 or later.
